I can't comment because I have not received the product. Soon as I receive the product I can update my rating. Will someone contact me to let me know with a tentative date of delivery.

I have never received the item. Can I get reimbursed?
For Smartsaker to imply that my order was fulfilled 14 days ago is totally incorrect. On November 18, payment was made via my credit card to PayPal*SakerTechLT. There has been no indication from Smartsaker that the order was ever shipped. The order has not been received. The only transaction that has taken place is the $ charged to my CC. Communications with PayPal indicate that payment has been made to Smartsaker. A December 01 email to Smartsaker requesting an update on the status of the order has not been responded to. Yes, I am extremely disappointed.
